I am so sad to hear of Joe's passing. I met Joe playing pool a few years ago when he'd play with his friends on Tuesday afternoons. He taught me so much about pool and I treasured our friendship. He always was upbeat (even when he was feeling ill) and his easy going attitude made for fun games of pool I'll always remember. I knew he was sick but I just now learned of his passing. It breaks my heart to lose such a good man. I'll miss you Joe!

Hey Joe,
I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. I know you were close to him. I will be praying for you and your family during this difficult time. I lost my dad over thirteen years ago, he was my best friend. Time does heal, just take it one day at a time and lean on God when you need to! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love and hugs!

I was a young statistician in the mid '80s and had the privilege and honor to work with Joe at RCA, Sherman Drive. Those were difficult years due to layoffs and low morale, yet Joe was always an inspiration to myself and other colleagues. My strongest and fondest memories from those days are of Joe's enthusiastic and encouraging smile, and his sincere belief and coaching that "we will get through this". In this life, we never know how our actions may touch others’ lives, but I want Joe’s family to know that I adopted my positive outlook on life from him and that I am eternally grateful for his influences on me during those years.

Joe became a friend of mine several years ago when we met in Destin, Florida. We began playing pool together during our winters in Florida and the past two years continued playing in the Indianapolis area. During our time together we talked about family, health issues and downsizing our homes. Joe loved his family, I met many of his family and friends during the last several years and enjoyed their company very much. I want you all to know that you are in my prayers. We will miss Joe very much.

I'm sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Starting in the early 70's we worked together at RCA facilities on Rockville Rd., Sherman Dr., and N. Meridian. He was a greatly respected and talented friend. Loved that inherent smile as it spread across his face. Here's praying the Lord's best for his family in the future without him.

Very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We were co- workers back in the 70s, and met with other RCA employees for breakfast in the last few years.
My sincere condolences to Rita and family.

We met Joe on the tennis courts in Plainfield where he volunteered his time to help us improve our tennis play. He was such fun to play with and was greatly missed when his health made it impossible to continue to play. We were very saddened to hear of his passing and our thoughts are with you.
