Robert William Sieferman

Robert William Sieferman, age 80, of Avon, Indiana passed away on December 16, 2021.  He was born on January 28, 1941 in Madison, Wisconsin to the late Oscar and Dorothy Sabin Sieferman.  He was the widower of Judith D. “Judy” Dawson Sieferman. He was a veteran of the United States Airforce.  Bob was an accountant for Mechanics Laundry and Supply in Indianapolis for several years before his retirement. He enjoyed reading, listening music fan, IU basketball and the Indy 500.  He was a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church in Plainfield, where a funeral mass will be held on Wednesday December 22, 2021 at 12 noon.  Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.  Visitation will be held in the church from 10 a.m. until mass at noon.  Survivors include his children: Catherine May (Dallas) of Terre Haute , Robert Sieferman Jr. (Susie) of Plainfield, Rebecca Gregory (Scott) of Fountaintown and Andrew Sieferman (Danielle) of Avon.  Grandchildren: Amanda, Tracey, Andrew, Daniel, Casey, Amy, Ben, Deborah, and Adam.  7 Greatgrandchildren.  He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.   Please make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association 6415 Castleway West Dr. Suite 114 Indianapolis, In. 46250.  Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield is handling the arrangements.  Please visit www.bakerfuneralservice.com to leave the family a condolence.
