Jenifer A. Mundy, 84 of Danville, passed away December 1, 2019. She was born on July 30, 1935 in Clinton, Indiana, to the late Orville John and Doris (Slaven) White. Jenifer received her diploma from St. Anthony School of Nursing in 1958 and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Indiana State University in 1959. She taught in various nursing programs in Illinois. A nurse for over 50 years, she later worked in psychiatric nursing at LaRue D Carter Hospital in Indianapolis. She was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Danville. Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Boyd of Plainfield, Anne (Bill) Klock of Austin, TX.; brother, C. Allen (Nancy) White of Denver, CO., grandchildren, Anna Boyd of Danville, Cynthia Boyd of Petersburg, Stephanie (Jeremy) Rayl of Urbana, IL.; and a great grandson, Jace McKee of Danville. Her parents, one brother, Donald O. White and one sister, Jeanne Snodgrass, preceded her in death. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Danville, with calling from 9:30 am until the service in the church. Burial will be at 1:30 pm in Helts Prairie Cemetery in Hillsdale. Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Carmelite Monastery 59 Allendale Terre Haute, IN 47802.
