Jeffrey “JJ” Rogers II, age 46, of Avon passed away on September 8, 2022 with his family by his side. He was born on November 26, 1975 in Indianapolis to Jeffrey and Pamela Frederick Rogers. JJ was a 1994 graduate of Plainfield High School and a 1999 graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in education and computer sciences. He was formerly a 3rd grade teacher at Central Elementary in Plainfield and currently worked in the family business Rogers Marketing and Printing in Avon. He was a member of the Plainfield United Methodist; avid Indianapolis Colts and Indy Car Fan; liked trading sports cards; enjoying his time at the lake and boating. The love of his life was his "little buddy", son Carson. Visitation will be held on Monday September 12, 2022 from 3 p.m. to 8
p.m. at the Plainfield United Methodist Church 600 Simmons Street in Plainfield. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 13, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the church. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Survivors include his parents Jeff and Pam Rogers. Wife: Amanda Schneckloth Rogers. Son: Carson Rogers.
