Janie Sue Flynn, age 67, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 6, 2021 in St. Vincent Hospital, Carmel. She was born on September 19, 1954 in Hazard, Kentucky to Wilbert and Janie Couch Newton. Sue was a Sales Entrepreneur; “The only people that didn’t buy something from Sue were the people that didn’t talk to her” Sue was a contributing author to the award winning book She Became Me. She attended Kingsway Christian Church in Avon. Survivors include her husband of 10 years Paul Manzullo. Daughters: Patty Hartung (Bob) and Lisa Gatchel (Tommy). Mother Janie Newton. Sisters: Brenda Bourne, Linda Sullivan, Melissa Wynn and Debbie Gray-Scott. Brothers: John Gray, Jeffrey Gray, Pete Gray, Jerry Gray, Mike Newton and Junior Wooten. 6 Grandchildren and 10 Greatgrandchildren. Beloved Chihuahua Pedro. Funeral services will be held Thursday November 11, 2021 at 2 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield with Pastor Jonathon Lilly officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday in the funeral home.
