Hazel I. (Haga) Martin

Hazel I.  Martin, 93 of Plainfield, passed away on June 2, 2019 in Plainfield Healthcare Center.  She was born on January 1, 1926 in Moccasin, Montana to the late Arthur Franklin and Bertha M. Tranter Haga.  She graduated from Orleans High School in 1944.  Hazel was the widow of Lawrence Howard Martin and was a homemaker.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2019 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will follow in Liberty Christian Church Cemetery in Orleans, Indiana.  Calling will be held from 10 a.m. until services in the funeral home.  Survivors include her children: Delilah Morphew, Lawrence C. (Mattie) Martin and Darletta Arthur.  4 Grandchildren, 11 Great grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her brother Floyd Haga, Sister Grace Stroud, Granddaughter Anita Dawn Allman and great great grandson Theo Quincy Allman.  Memorial contributions can be made to Hendricks County Humane Society 3033 E.
