Doris Darlene (Grahm) Gath

Doris Darlene Gath, 90 of Plainfield, passed away on April 1, 2021 in Sugar Grove Senior living in Plainfield.  She was born on January 26, 1931 in Craig, Missouri to the late George P. and Edna Hughes Grahm.  She was the widow of Alvin J. Gath.  Darlene was in retail sales for several years.  Darlene enjoyed to sew, cook, camp, fishing, travelling and reading.  Private inurnment will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.  Survivors include her sons: Edward Gath and wife Karen and Arnie Gath and wife Debbie.  Brother: Mike Daugherty and wife Sharon.  Sisters: Marjie Russo, Irene Pearson and husband Warren and Pat Kumsher and husband Bob.  Grandchildren: Leta Amburghey, Mike Gath wife Amber, Josh Gath, Brandon Gath and Carolyn Bouchie, Sara Miller and Rachel Freeman and husband Tanner.  Great Grandchildren: Max Amburghey, Mira Gath, Miller Gath, Logan Miller, Aria Miller, Bryce Freeman, Kyler Freeman and Nora Gath.  Darlene was preceded in death by her daughter: Pam Gath. Sister: Beulah McCabe. Brothers: Hobart Grahm and Marvin Grahm.  Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield is handling arrangements.
