Obituary

Connie Jewell Bruner, 79 of Clayton, passed away on March 13, 2022.  She was born on November 02, 1942 in Riley, Indiana, to the late Maxine E. (Chaney) and William H. Jackson, Jr.  Connie married Larry E. Bruner and he survives.  She worked many years at Indiana Bell before retiring in 1991.  She was a member of the Hazelwood Christian Church.  Survivors include her husband; stepchildren, Michelle Wallace, Larry E. Bruner II, Matthew S. Bruner; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; special cousin, Judy Debney (John); and special nieces, Juliana and Janessey.  Services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2022 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Center Valley Cemetery, Clayton.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service in the funeral home.  You are also invited to watch the service via live stream on the Hall-Baker Funeral Home facebook page.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children Attn:  Processing Center PO Box 947765 Atlanta, GA 30394 or Morgan County Humane Society 690 W Mitchell Ave Martinsville, IN  46151.
