Obituary

Billy F. Pitcock, 73 of Plainfield, passed away February 04, 2020.  He was born on June 29, 1946 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, to the late Herman Pitcock and Gladys Ray (Hammer) Phillips.  He was one of 11 children and graduated from Plainfield High School.  Prior to Billy becoming blind, he worked at FMC/Link-Belt in Indianapolis and attended Plainfield Bible Church.  He was an avid sports fan and loved horse racing.  Survivors include his siblings, Terry Pitcock of Plainfield, Mary Katherine Driggers of Indianapolis, Larry Pitcock (Connie), Virginia Brough, Diana Bastin (Don), Maggie Settle (Fred), all of Mooresville, Dan Pitcock (Janice) of Plainfield and several nieces and nephews.  His parents and siblings, Tom Pitcock, Betty Denton and Glenda Clore, preceded him in death.  Services will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 08, 2020 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Leader Dogs for the Blind 1039 S Rochester Rd Rochester Hills, MI 48307 or www.leaderdog.org/donate/
