William Wayne Giles, 69 of Danville, passed away on November 09, 2023. He was born on April 29, 1954 in Plainfield, to the late Helen Florence (Gibson) and Jack C. Giles. He worked as a diesel technician and truck driver for many years. His most recent employment was for York Towing in Danville. Bill enjoyed camping, traveling, riding his motorcycle, and building and repairing things. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include his fianc`e, Stacy Willis of Danville; brother, Jack Giles, Jr. (Melissa) of Putnamville; one granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. His parents and sister, LaDonna Benge, preceded him in death. Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 in Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. in Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service time in the funeral home.
