Troy W. Stanford, age 39, of Terre Haute, passed away on March 26, 2025 in his residence.  He was born in Danville, Indiana on October 21, 1985 to Liesa (Mahoney) Stanford and the late Fred Stanford. Troy was employed at Footers Pizza in Terre Haute.  He was an Eagle Scout, enjoyed playing Magic Cards, was a Video gamer, enjoyed watching movies, and most of all he loved helping people.  He also loved his cat, Meryll.  Troy was the sweetest, most genuine guy, and will be dearly missed by all of his friends and family.

Troy is survived by his mother, Liesa Stanford; sister, Terra Madsen (Chris); nephews, Tyler McCarty and Knox Madsen; aunt, Lynn Mahoney; cousin, Bonnie Mahoney and son, Zane; aunt, Cathy Bergert; cousins, Beth Turner (James) and daughters, Kaylie and Isabel, Allen Bergert and Marjorie Bergert.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 5 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Private burial will take place in West Ridge Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
