IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tamara Elaine
"Tammy" (Hunter) Cook
May 4, 1966 – January 7, 2024
Tamara "Tammy" Elaine Cook was a caring mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on January 7, 2024 at age 57. Tammy was born to Linda (Rinani) and the late Charles Ray Hunter on May 4, 1964.
It is with tears and sadness that she leaves behind her children Alexandria Cook and Dakota Cook, but it is with tears of joy that she is reunited with her son Douglas "Douger" Cook.
Tammy is also survived by her mother, Linda (Rinani) Montgomery; brother, Tom Tomlinson; and sister; Kimberly Esamann.
Tammy was a devoted mother and the kind of friend who loved to make you smile. Whether it was by giving a gift, making a surprise appearance, or cooking desserts for others, she always wanted to make those around her happy. Some of her hobbies included being an amazing roller skater, bowler, and pool player. She was also a member of the Legions Eagle Lodge. She did anything she could to keep up with her kids which included taking long walks in the woods, swimming in a creek or having a picnic.
All that knew Tammy, knew she loved to have a good time. In that spirit we will be having a celebration of life at 4:00 p.m. on January 31, 2024 at The Rathskeller, 401 E Michigan St, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
All other arrangements are being handled by Hall Baker Funeral Home where online condolences may be made.
For those who wish to express their sympathy, the family would appreciate any donations that are made to help with all expenses. Donations may be made at the celebration of life or by contacting Monica Hauger at (317-372-8965) with any questions on additional ways to help with expenses.
