Lynn June "Sylvia", age 68, of Plainfield passed away peacefully on May 21, 2024 surrounded by her family.  She was born in Irvine, Kentucky on September 1, 1955 to the late Kenneth Clay and Reca Jane Wells Embs.  Lynn was the widow of David "Sonny" June who preceded her in death in 1996.  She worked in administration for the Indiana Department of Corrections for 33 years retiring in December, 2021.  Lynn enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandkids and great grandchild.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 28, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 29, 2024 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Survivors include her daughters: Reca Hickle and Barbara June.  Brother: Kenneth "Sonny" Embs.  Grandchildren: Kaylee Hickle and Madison Hickle.  Great-granddaughter: Emilee Cady.  Please visit www.bakerfuneralservice.com to leave the June family a condolence
