Steven Wayne Rees, 64 of Indianapolis, passed away November 3, 2017.  Born July 1, 1953 in Kankakee, Illinois, he is the son of Orville W. and Wilma N. (Moody) Rees.  Steven was in management for the automotive industry, highly skilled in computer knowledge and had a love for model cars.  He married Patricia Tearman on June 22, 2008.  Survivors include his parents, wife; children, Steven W. Rees, Jr., Retta James, Melissa Rees, Jessica Rees; brother, Mike Rees; and nine grandchildren.  His son, Jason Rees, preceded him in death.  Services will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 6, 2017 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with Pastor Perry Cook officiating.  Calling will be from 11:00 am until the service time in the funeral home.
