Stacy M. Southwood, 51 of Plainfield, passed away on October 16, 2022.  She was born on November 27, 1970 in Indianapolis to Carla (Brockman) and the late Frank Radez.  Stacy worked as a medical records clerk for Hendricks Regional Health.  She loved working in the medical field, exercise and being health conscious.  Stacy enjoyed gardening and watching the Andy Griffith Show.  Survivors include her sons, Dustin and Tristan Southwood; daughter, Carissa Southwood (McKabe); parents, Carla and Matt Bracken; sister, Monica Harber (Jerry); grandchildren, Avery and Keenan.  Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in West Ridge Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.  Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022 in the funeral home and also one hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Susan G.
