Rosemary Hill, 79 of Avon, passed away on November 10, 2024. She was born on July 09, 1945 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to the late Ovaleta (McGuire) and Lester Rice. She married James Ronald "Ronnie" on April 27, 1963 and he preceded her in death on November 18, 2023. Survivors include her son, Tommy Hill of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; sister, Shirley Walker of New Whiteland; brother, David (Sally) Rice of Avon; 3 grandchildren, Chris, Jessica, Cody; and one great grandson, Ian. Her parents; husband; son, Dwayne Hill; and siblings, Betty Groves and James Rice, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024 in Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with burial to follow in the Clayton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the service time in the funeral home.
