Roberta Jean Lothridge, 77 of Plainfield, passed away on August 03, 2026. She was born on October 11, 1948 in Indianapolis, to the late Marion Terry and Betty Marie (Ireland) Edwards. Roberta married her high school sweetheart Thomas Gray Lothridge on September 11, 1971 in Indianapolis.

Roberta worked for Indianapolis Life Insurance Company for over 25 years retiring in 2010. Her favorite time spent was with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed crafting, scrapbooking and in recent years, writing in her journal. Roberta loved all types of flowers and the color yellow.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Tom Lothridge of Plainfield; children, Todd Lothridge of Indianapolis, Tara Mattix of Plainfield, Cody Lothridge (Gabby) of Clayton; grandchildren, Matthew, Rylee, Presley; great grandchildren, Joanna, Thomas, Charllie and one on the way, Elena.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday, August 07, 2026 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.
