Robert Wayne Walls, 93 of Danville, passed away September 15, 2020.  He was born on April 22, 1927 in Danville to the late Wilbur Virgil "Dutch" and Lessie Marie (Brady) Walls.  He married Juanita M. (Cowles) Mood on July 05, 1967 in New Winchester.

Wayne worked most of his life on the farm and in construction.  He drove Greyhound Bus Lines for a little while because he loved driving and seeing the country.  He enjoyed meeting his friends for coffee each morning before heading off to work and having ice cream before going to bed.  He worked until his late eighties when he was in a car accident that prevented him from working.  Wayne was a member of the Danville Christian Church.

Survivors include his daughters, Lessie (Marty) Bond, Cindi Foreman, both of California; stepchildren, Norma Linhart of Avon, Butch (Sandy) Mood, of Danville; sisters, Mildred "Liz" Myers of Danville, Ina Mae (Ronnie) Cox of Shelbyville; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita Walls; son, Bob Walls; brothers, Don, Carl, Lawrence and Howard Walls, Murl Herschberger; and grandson, Marty Bond, III.  Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is handling the arrangements.  A private graveside service will be held at Danville South Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 50 E 91st St #100 Indianapolis, IN 46240.
