Robert E. "Bobby" Knight, age 68, of Plainfield passed away on April 1, 2023 in his residence.  He was born on April 16, 1954 in Indianapolis to Wendell and Betty Cook Knight.   He graduated from Plainfield High School.  Bobby worked at Marsh Supermarkets for several years before his retirement.  He also worked at Galyan's trading post in his younger days.  Bobby was a hard worker hardly ever missing a shift at work.    He enjoyed spending time with his family.  Calling hours will be on Monday April 10, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Private burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include his mother Betty Knight.  Sisters: Brenda Knight and Linda Casey.  Nieces: Tina Sheets and Autumn Shea.  Nephew: Aaron Patterson. He was preceded in death by his father Wendell Knight.
