Rena "Jo Ann" Harris, 74 of Plainfield, passed away on May 11, 2023.  She was born on February 08, 1949 in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late Peggy (Bigelow) and Harry Steward.  Jo Ann was a QMA at Plainfield Healthcare Center for 26 years before retiring.  She loved spending time with her family, taking care of others, and reading.  Survivors include her son, Tom Harris; daughter, Crystal Harris; brothers, Ronnie and Barry Steward; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and one on the way.  Her parents; husband, Thomas Frank Harris II; and daughter, Tammy Harris Troutman, preceded her in death.  Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the service time in the funeral home.
