Phyllis A. Collisi, 76, passed away on September 16, 2016 with family at her side.  She was born August 2, 1940 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Robert and Edna Wood.  She married Clarence Collisi on August 20, 1960 and they raised their family in Brownsburg.  She was a member of St. Malachy Catholic Church.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Clarence Collisi; her children, Michael Collisi and partner, Michael Chowning, David Collisi and wife, Jane, and Steve Collisi and wife, Leanna; her sister, Marti Davis and fianc'e, Don Kiley.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Bob Collisi, and a sister, Janet Gioscio.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at St. Malachy Catholic Church, Brownsburg, with burial to follow in Bainbridge Cemetery.  Calling will be from 10:00 am until the service begins at noon in the church.  Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is in charge of the arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation 3500 Depauw Blvd Ste 2070 Indianapolis, IN  46268 in support of Breast Cancer Awareness and Research.
