Phyllis Ann Leisher (nee Niswonger) entered eternal rest on May 10, 2024 in Brownsburg, Indiana.  She was born on April 05, 1947 in New Madrid, Missouri to the late Elease (nee Moore) and Ralph Niswonger.  Phyllis worked for the Federal Government for 37 plus years retiring in 2012 as a Supervisor for the Internal Revenue Service.  She enjoyed travelling but her most cherished times were spent with her grandchildren.  Survivors include her two sons, Joe (Jean Marie) Leisher, Chris Leisher; 8 grandchildren, Dillan (Madisyn), Madison, Jake, Cody, Jordan, Jade, Connor, Camryn; dearest friend, Sarah Leisher; siblings, Cathy (Curt) Williams, Mike (Mercedes) Niswonger, Tony (Sharrie) Niswonger; 13 nieces and nephews; 17 great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece.  Her parents; sisters, Tamara Jo Niswonger, Vicki Shea, and Mindy (Tim) Kippenberger, preceded her in death.  A private interment will be held in the Danville South Cemetery.  Baker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
