Paul A. Sallee, age 80, of Plainfield passed away on January 13, 2025 at Hendricks Regional Health.  He was born on June 16, 1944 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Clarence H. and B. Aileen Krenning Sallee.  He married Portia Taylor on February 26, 1966; she survives.

Paul was a Tool & Die maker at Rolls Royce for 26 years before his retirement.  He was a member of the NRA and UAW.  His hobbies included: woodworking, hunting, camping, and scuba diving.  He especially loved attending his grandkids' sporting events.  Paul and Portia were World Travelers, including many cruises overseas.

Survivors include his wife, Portia.  Daughter: Michelle Crager.  Twin sister: Pauline Sallee. Grandchildren: Kirsten Carter (Jake), Jessica Crager, Charles Crager (Belen) and William Crager (Holly).  Fur baby Brandi.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Entombment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until services in the funeral home.
