Pamela Diana Hughes, age 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 29, 1955, to Phyllis and Oscar Trout, and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and deep devotion to her family.

Pam was the beloved wife of Roger Hughes, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories, laughter, and unwavering love. Together they built a strong and caring family that was always at the center of Pam's heart.

She was a proud mother to her son Benjamin Hughes and daughter-in-law Brandy Hughes, and a devoted grandmother to Drake Hughes and his wife Mary Hughes, and to Alexis Hughes. Pam's joy continued to grow with the arrival of her three beautiful great-granddaughters Paris, Ariella, and Meave who brought endless light and smiles to her life.

Pam will be remembered for her warm heart, her strength, and her ability to make everyone feel welcomed and loved. She found joy in life's simple moments spent with family, sharing stories, and creating a home filled with love and laughter. Her presence touched all who knew her, and her legacy will continue through the lives of those she cherished.

She is survived by her loving husband Roger, her son Benjamin, daughter-in-law Brandy, grandchildren Drake (Mary) and Alexis, great-grandchildren Paris, Ariella, and Meave, and her brothers Steve Trout and Rod Trout. She was preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis and Oscar Trout.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.  Private inurnment will take place in West Ridge Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
