Norman Dale Heinrichs, age 84, of Coatesville, passed away on April 2, 2025 at Hendricks Regional Health.  He was born on January 23, 1941 in Indianapolis to the late Charles and Dorothy Mae Flake Heinrichs.  He was a 1959 graduate of North Central High School and attended Butler University.  Norm married Kathy Heinrichs in July, 1995; she survives.

Norm worked as a project manager for Ameritech retiring after 32 years of service.  He enjoyed his work so much; he continued to work another 20 years as a contractor for Ameritech. Norm was an US Airforce Veteran and a member of the Coatesville Methodist Church.

He enjoyed traveling, fishing and playing poker with his beloved poker club.  Norm was always ready to pull a good prank on his loved ones.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 12, 2025 at 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, IN with Rev. Danny Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Calling hours will be on Saturday April 12, 2025 from 11 a.m. until services in the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Heinrichs.  Children: Debbie (Sally McCracken) Heinrichs, Kristie (Dean) Eggers, Terrie (Jason) Castetter, Doug (Lisa) Kloeker, Kyle (Lisa) Barnett and Ellen.   Grandchildren: Kaylee (Justin) Stephens, Ryan (Emily) Reid, Zach Castetter, Luke Castetter and Jessica Castetter.  Great-grandchildren: Makynleigh McFadden, Kaleb McFadden, Cohen Reid and Audrey Stephens.  Nieces: Carol Tolbert and Joni Porter.  His fur baby Willy.

In addition to his parents preceding him in death was his sister, Betty Jeannine Heinrichs Breech.
