Nita Ann Christensen, 57 of Lizton, passed away June 11, 2019 at Life's Journey in Avon.  Born October 31, 1961 in Lake Placid, New York, she is the daughter of Betty Jane (LaMere) Tremain and the late Arthur Francis Fogg.  Nita worked in retail management and attended the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Lebanon.  She loved animals, fishing, gardening and the outdoors.  Survivors include her son, Joseph Lee Burns of Lizton; mother and stepfather, Betty and Joseph Tremain of Lizton; fianc'e, Jay Douthitt of Lizton; sister, Sherrie Fay Romo of California; brothers, Martin Arthur Fogg of Brownsburg, Kurt Lee Beams of Colorado, Chris Lee Beams of Arizona; and a grandson, Wyatt Everett Burns of Lizton.  Her father and brother, Kim Lee Beams, preceded her in death.  A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2019 at the K of P Cemetery in Lizton.  Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is in charge of the arrangements.
