Mildred "Ann" (Ellis) Proctor, 80, peacefully passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on November 11, 2024.

Born on December 9, 1943, in Plainfield, IN, to loving parents Ogden and Lillian Ellis, Ann graduated from Plainfield High School and worked as a Legal Secretary. In 1964, she married the love of her life, Ted Proctor. Together, they shared 60 wonderful years of marriage, filled with much joy and companionship, including raising two children.

She was a devoted mother to Steven Proctor and Kristina (Proctor) Graham, who were her pride and joy, and a doting grandmother to beloved granddaughter, Jaclyn Pierce.

Ann had a zest for life and was always ready for an adventure with family and friends. Her warm, optimistic personality and great sense of humor brought so much fun and happiness to those who knew and loved her. She loved reading, traveling, cooking, shopping, and attending local events, especially those involving her granddaughter.

Proceeded in death by her parents and son Steven Proctor, Ann is survived by her husband Ted Proctor, daughter Kristina Graham (James), and granddaughter Jaclyn Pierce. She will be dearly missed until we reunite in Heaven. Private services were held per her request.
