Michelle Marie Thralls, 57 of Avon, passed away on February 18, 2026 at Hendricks Regional Health, Danville. She was born on October 26, 1968 in Rantoul, Illinois, to Caroline S. (Booth) and Robert L. Thralls.
Michelle attended and graduated from West Central Joint Services, a school for those with special needs. She was a cheerleader for their basketball team. Michelle was a Sycamore Services, Inc. client, a member of the Awesome Westside Advocates and Spread the Word. She enjoyed lots of activities including the Adult Prom, bowling, participating in Special Olympics and even showed a Shetland pony in a horse show. Michelle was a Charter member of the Hendricks County Antique Tractor and Machinery Association. Michelle had previously worked at Old Navy and also at the Indianapolis Zoo.
Michelle enjoyed being around people and cared deeply about others. She was well liked, outgoing and made friends wherever she went. She touched the lives of many and will be fondly remembered. Survivors include her parents, Bert and Carol Thralls of Danville; and sister, Suzi Thralls of Indianapolis.
A memorial mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Danville, with Father Rob Hausladen officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the mass begins in the church. Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is handling the arrangements.
