Mary Patricia Schauweker Bailey recently of Zionsville, IN and over 60 years of Avon, IN prior, passed Sunday, October 9, 2022 at 12:45 PM. Born in Avilla, IN to Walter and Pearl Schauweker on February 23, 1927. She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 siblings.

Mary Pat and her late husband William H. Bailey, Sr. were married for 54 years before his death in 2002. She was mother to Pamela (Steven) York and William H. Bailey, Jr. (Denise), Grandmother to 3 granddaughters and Great Grandmother to 6 great grandchildren.

Her great sources of love and pride were all the children, over 50 years as a member of the Methodist Church in Avon, the years of working along side her husband at their business Acme Masking Co., Inc., and her years as a nurse, being a 1947 graduate of the Methodist School of Nursing Indianapolis, IN.  Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, is handling the arrangements.
