Marjorie K. Underwood, 69 of Plainfield, passed away July 27, 2019.  She was born on January 8, 1950 in Indianapolis, to the late Dorothy Westenhaver Hall and George Mildner.  Marjorie is the widow of Jack Bixler.  She worked as a metal press operator for GM Chevy for 20 years, retiring in 1989.  Survivors include her sons, Dalon Underwood (Anna) of Greenwood, Darrel Underwood (Christina) of Plainfield, Devin Underwood (Fiance' Susan) of Avon; sisters, Nancy Rogers (Woody) of Morgantown, Mary Kranz of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Damon Underwood of Greenwood, Courtney Underwood of Arizona, Megan Underwood of Danville, Elizabeth Fuson of Plainfield, Trinity Fuson of Plainfield and Drew Pirtle of Greenwood.  Her parents, husband and sister, Patty First, preceded her in death.  Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 2, 2019 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in New Winchester Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hendricks County Animal Shelter 250 E Campus Blvd Danville, IN  46122.  Online condolences may be made at www.bakerfuneralservice.com
