Margaret J. "Maggie" Marshall, age 73, of Avon passed away on May 21, 2024 in her residence.  She was born on December 5, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Carlos E. "Red" and Dorothy Mulry Swinford.  She married George Marshall on January 2, 2000; he survives.  Maggie was a bookkeeper of TLF Inc. in Indianapolis for several years before her retirement.  She enjoyed antique pottery, gardening and bird watching.  Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday June 1, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  A celebration of life will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home.  Inurnment will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery Columbarium at a later date.  Survivors include her husband George.  Daughter: Vanessa Niles. Sister: Mary Ann (Roger) Long. 3 Grandchildren: Caitlin, Devon and Lynn.
