Margaret A. Elkins, 81 of Danville, passed away December 27, 2018 in her residence.  She was born on March 24, 1937 in Muncie to the late Edgar and Agnes Johnson Hodson.  Margaret graduated from Ben Davis High School and from Indiana University with a degree in Radiology.  She worked as an X-ray technician for many years at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis.  Margaret also taught many students over the years.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting.

Survivors include her son, Michael Hodson of Indianapolis: daughter, Debra (Jeff) Clements of Danville; brother, George (Edna) Hodson of Naples, FL.; grandchildren, Jenny (Dan) Schenkel, Kris (Christy) Stegemoller; great grandchild, Gracen Schenkel and one on the way.  Her parents and sister, Nikki Garman, preceded her in death.

Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is in charge of the final arrangements.  There will be no services at this time.
