Obituary

Louise Mae Cottongim 92, of Carmel, Indiana passed away on December 13, 2018 in Westfield, Indiana.  She was born on December 15, 1925 in Alma, Michigan to the late Lester and Mae Jacke Walstow.  She was the widow of Okey Cottongim who passed away in 2008.  Louise was a beautician and a homemaker.  She was a very creative person, she was an accomplished chip woodcarver, a seamstress, enjoyed painting and decorating.  Services will be held on December 18, 2018 at 2 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Calling hours will be held from 1 p.m. until services in funeral home. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Survivors include daughter Pamala Trestrail, foster-children: John (Linda) Withner, Andrea "Andy" (Gary) Evji and Stacy (Frank) Kalder.  Sister: Judy (Ernie) Snowden.
