Linda L. Pennington, 83 of Plainfield, passed away on October 23, 2020 in St. Francis Hospital, Mooresville.  She was born on October 8, 1937 in Attica, Indiana to the late Richard and Eva Blanton Thomas.  She married Donald Pennington on April 21, 1962; he survives.  Linda was a teller at Bank One in Plainfield for 26 years retiring in 1996.  Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 7 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home with Linda Greer officiating.  Calling hours will be from 4 p.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.  Survivors include her husband, Don; sons, Scott (Marla), Steve (Mary), David (Kathy) Pennington; grandchildren, Matt (Sara) Pennington, Ashleigh (Jeremy) Isaacs, Ryan ( Haley) Pennington, Andrew, Taylor and Bryce Pennington, Taylor, Kyle and Korbin Dykins; 4 great grandchildren.  Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105-9959 or Franciscan Health Foundation 8778 Madison Ave. Suite 100 Indianapolis, Indiana 46227.
