Lanny J. Campbell, 68 of Danville, passed away on September 28, 2022.  He was born on June 16, 1954 in Greencastle, to the late Phyllis Jean (Pace) and Robert Wayne "Peanut" Campbell.  Lanny graduated from Danville High School and was a 10 year 4-H member.  He instilled his love for animals and farming in his kids and grandkids, helping them with their projects.  He worked several years for Bowman's Tank Services retiring in 2020.  Survivors include his children, Brianne Campbell (Shawn Massingale) of Camby, Brandon Campbell of Avon; siblings, Dale Campbell of Indianapolis, Larry Campbell of Danville, Diane Owen (Brent) of Oakley, IL., Delaine Bowman (Phil) of Tilden; 7 grandchildren, Jaden, Bailee, Brody Campbell, Esmyrae, Isabella Massingale, Millie and Stevie Campbell.  His parents; brother, Dean Campbell; and sister-in-law, Pam Campbell, preceded him in death.  Services will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with burial to follow in the New Winchester Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the service time in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, please help the family with expenses at https://www.gofundme.com/f/lanny-campbells-funeral-fund?qid=1ada46bf6061cf60fab27bc560962c33
