Kathy Palmer Wallace, 67, of Plainfield passed away on May 24, 2016.  Kathy was born in Mooresville on April 2, 1949 to the late Kenneth Palmer and Edna (Palmer) Smith.  She graduated from Mooresville High School in 1967.  Kathy worked in the Plainfield Community School System for 30 years.  Her greatest joys were spending time with her grandchildren and watching the Colts.  She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Wallace; mother, Edna Smith; sister, Jeana McGriffin; daughters, Kim Bain and Christy Watts; grandchildren, Hannah Davis, Kenzie Watts, and Caden Watts.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, May 27, 2016 with services following at 1:00 at Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that In Kind donations of stuffed animals and children's books for Peyton Manning's Children's Hospital be brought to Hall-Baker.
