Kathy Louise McLaughlin, 64 of Plainfield, passed away March 14, 2019.  Born January 24, 1955 in Carthage, Tennessee, she is the daughter of Fanny Martina (Silcox) and the late Earl Keith McLaughlin.  Kathy enjoyed playing board games and working puzzles.  She was a member of the Plainfield First Assembly of God.  Survivors include her mother, Martina McLaughlin of Plainfield; sister, C. Earlene (Ron) Antes of Star Valley, Arizona; five nieces, Marlene Logston, Penny Johnson, Tina (John) Kanipe, Sharon and Shawney McLaughlin; three great nieces and nephews, Tiffany (Michael) Cones, Ashley and Lindsey Johnson, Kody Kanipe; seven great-great nieces and nephews, Katelyn (Triston)McKnight, Abby, Emma, Justin, Maci, Blake and Ethan.  Her father; brother, Earl W. McLaughlin and great nephew, Jason Logston, preceded her in death.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Monday, March 18, 2019 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Clayton Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
