Karen June Parent-Craft, 75 of Brownsburg, Indiana, passed away on January 30, 2025. She was born October 10, 1949, in Greencastle, Indiana, a daughter of the late Benjamin "Ben" Parent and Eldora "June" (Hutcheson) Parent.

Karen was a proud graduate of Bainbridge High School class of 1967. During her childhood years she liked to tap dance, participated in Job's Daughters, Pep club, Thespian club and Chorus. She enjoyed being a Certified Nurse Aide for a time and working in home health care. Karen had a natural way of relating to people, and enjoyed nature, especially time spent on the Wabash River and Juniper pass on Mt Evans in Colorado.

Survivors include her children, Kimberly (Erik) Burl, Alissa (John) Easlick-Horning, Matthew (Rebecca) Hill; brother, Rick (Judy) Parent; sister, Elana Wolf; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Charles William "Bill" Craft.

Karen's spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched with her many kind gestures of hugs and smiles.

The family will greet friends on February 6, 2025 from 3:00-5:00pm, followed by a memorial service at 5:00pm at Baker Funeral Home, 387 E. Broadway St, in Danville, Indiana.
