Judy C. McKinney, 68, Camby, passed away on November 13, 2016 in St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis.  She was born on May 31, 1948 in Bedford, Kentucky to James and Ethel Hood Kelly.  She married Bobby McKinney on July 23, 1967; he survives.  Judy was a Homemaker and a member of the Lifeline Baptist Church in Camby.  Survivors include her husband Bobby. Son: Christopher McKinney. Brother: James Kelly Jr. and Samuel Kelly.  Sister: Sarah Sparks.  She was preceded in death by a brothers William and Richard Kelly.  Memorial services will be held on Monday November 21, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Lifeline Baptist Church 13387 N. Slideoff Rd. Camby, In. 46113.  Hall-Baker Funeral Home Plainfield is handling the arrangements.
