John A. Hammann, age 88, of Plainfield, passed away on March 21, 2022.  He was born on April 14, 1933 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late William and Kathryn Young Hammann.  He married Sharon McLean and she survives. John was a US Army veteran.  He was an educator for several years before his retirement.     A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday March 26, 2022 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Gathering Together 147 N. Center Street Plainfield, Indiana 46168.   Survivors include his wife Sharon Hammann.  Daughters: Lynn Malin (Leo), Donna Beeker (Bill) and Kathryn Tillman (Lester).  Sister Mary Lou Smith.  Several Grandchildren.   Please make memorial contributions to Gathering Together 147 N.
