Joan P. Muncy, age 87 of Avon, passed away on October 23, 2019.  She was born on March 30, 1932 in Mooresville, Indiana to the late Carl and Pearl Sawyer Plummer.  She was the widow of Chester A.  "Ankie" Muncy.
