Jo Ann Burket, 75 of Indianapolis, passed on January 11, 2020.  She was born on July 4, 1944 in Indianapolis to Myron and Nellie (Hankins) Brinkman.  She was the widow of Robert Max Burket who preceded her in death in 1995.  Jo Ann was a teacher at Salem Park Academy for several years, and a teacher's aide in Wayne Township schools for 30 plus years.  She was a member of Calvary Bible Wesleyan Church in Plainfield.  She loved being a Grandma and a Great-Grammy, and enjoyed doing crafts with her great-grandchildren.  She also enjoyed Tutoring children.  Survivors include her sons: Greg (Lisa) Burket, Randy (Carla) Burket.  Brothers: Jerry and Jay Brinkman.  Grandchildren: Stacey (Nate) Quinn, Natalie (Kurt) Friedrich, Alyssa (Jaron) Gibson, Kelleigh Burket, Jared Burket and Brett Burket.  Great-grandchildren: Ryker, Coltyn, Makynlie, Jamin and Jason.  Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2020 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.    Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 16, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev.
