Jeannette Rhodes 83, of Plainfield, passed away on December 17, 2018 in Plainfield.  She was born on June 29, 1935 in Rising Sun, Indiana to the late Warren and Rachel Scudder Bovard.  She was the widow of Burl Clayton Rhodes.  She was a member of the Chapel Hill United Methodist Church and a 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star# 427 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.   Jeannette was a micro photographer for Public Service Indiana for 20 plus years retiring in 1996.  She enjoyed her grandkids and didn't miss a chance to take a walk with friends.  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. until service time.  Survivors include her son Jay (Tonya) Rhodes.
