Janice S. Faulkenberg, age 76 of Plainfield, passed away on July 24, 2016 in the Hearth of Prestwick in Avon.   She was born on January 8, 1940 in St. Meinrad, Indiana to Raymond and Marie Troesch Rickelman.  She was the widow of Emmit D. Faulkenberg whom she married on June 1, 1957.   Janice was a homemaker and a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church.  Survivors include daughters, Donna Poole (John), Connie Williams (Mike), and Brenda Fischer (Brett); sisters, Ardella Beier, Mona Harding (Billy); 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by an infant son, Larry Faulkenberg, a brother, Flavian "Flip" Rickelman, sisters, Lela Winkler and Louise Ubelhor.  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 1 p.m. in St. Susanna Catholic Church in Plainfield.  Calling will be two hours prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 50 E. 91st St. Ste 100 Indianapolis, IN 46209.  Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield is handling arrangements.
