Janice L. Watson, age 72 of Clayton passed away on July 14, 2025 in her residence.  She was born on February 11, 1953 in Belleville, Illinois to the late Herbert and Charlotte Chance.  Janice was the widow of Timothy Watson.  Janice was a homemaker.  She enjoyed to watch T.V., playing bingo, shopping and liked to keep a clean house.

Survivors include her sons: Michael D'Amato (Denise), Darrell D' Amato and Chris D'Amato.  Brother: Tracy Chance.  Sister: Myra Blank (Bud).  4 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her Parents and Brothers: Mark and George Chance.

Visitation will be held on Sunday July 20, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Funeral services will be held on Monday July 21, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
