James E. "Jim" Edwards, age 74 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on November 13, 2023 in St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis.  He was born on September 30, 1949 in Clanton, Alabama to the late Edgar Edwards   and Ada Edwards.  He married LuCindy "Cindy" Snyder; she survives.  He worked at Skaggs Landscaping for several years before his retirement.  He took his private business "Easy Ride Em Ponies" to the state fair for 30 years.  Survivors include his wife Cindy Edwards.  Son: Jim (Stephanie) Edwards.  Daughters: Damaris (Richard) Hill and Ashley Smith.  Brothers: Rex Edwards and Roger Edwards.  Sisters: Mary Ahern and Louise Edwards and 6 Grandchildren.  Memorial visitation will be held Monday November 20, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Please visit www.bakerfuneralservice.com to leave the Edwards family a condolence.
