Helen B. Shepherd, age 91, of Plainfield, passed away on March 22, 2023.  Helen was born on March 20, 1932 in Medford, Oklahoma to the late Virgil and Mary Cook Blubaugh.  She was the widow of Virgil Shepherd who preceded her in death in 2016.   She worked at RT French Company in Springfield, Missouri before her retirement.  She was a member of the Plainfield Eagles auxiliary #3207.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 25, 2023 at 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will follow in Center Valley Cemetery in Clayton.  Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to service time in the funeral home.  Survivors include her daughters: Kimberly (Chuck) Pace and Carolyn Vane.  Step daughters: Deniena Combs, Carol Godby, Laura Foreman, Jacqueline Shepherd and Lisa Lamb.  Brother: Marvin Blubaugh.  Grandchildren: Conner, Kayla, Tyler, Shawn, Jamie, Paul and Sarah.  Greatgrandchild: Memphis, David, Damon and Katrina.  She was preceded in death by her son James Miller, sister Lorene Silk, brothers, Paul and David Blubaugh.  Please make contributions to the Arthritis Foundation1355 Peachtree Street, Suite 600 Atlanta, GA 30309 or at www.Arthritis.org
