Glen R. Arnold “Buck”, age 86, of Plainfield, passed away on June 24, 2026 in his residence. He was born on August 27, 1939 in Stilesville IN, to James Arnold and Lula Malicoat Arnold Barrow. Buck was the widower of Betty Lou Rhea Arnold. He was an US Air Force Veteran. Buck was self-employed for many years. He owned and operated Plainfield Ready mix and Arnold Excavating. Buck was a 50 plus year member of the Masonic Lodge. He was also preceded in death by his sister Peggy Leadingham. Survivors include his Brother Darrell Barrow (Linda). His children Jeff Arnold, Debbie Williams and Shelly Poynter (Frank). 5 Grandchildren Aaron Poynter (Andrea), Clinton Poynter, Richard Arnold (Heather) and Albert Arnold (Autumn). 7 Great Grandchildren Axel Poynter, Ace Poynter, Addy Poynter, Clinton Poynter Jr., Corbin Arnold and Paislee Arnold. Visitation will be held on Friday July 3, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Hall Baker Funeral Home Plainfield IN. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday July 3, 2026 in the funeral home with burial to follow at Stilesville, Cemetery.
