Estil Morris, Jr. 90, of Danville, IN passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026 in Village of Avon Nursing Home.

Preceded in death was his loving wife of 51 years, Carolyn and his granddaughter, Danielle Bowman.

Survived by his current wife, Diana Morris, sister, Brenda Ford, daughters, Susan (Butch) Flake, Jane (Gary) Houser, grandchildren, Michelle (Brian) Mitchell, Jacquelyn (Spring) Dew, Andrea Stephenson, Luke (Kelsey) Stephenson, great grandson Derek (Danielle) Tate and Hayden Pelley, great-great granddaughters, Harper and Hailey Tate and several nieces and nephew.

Estil served our country in the ‘50’s by enlisting in the U S Navy. One of the opportunities he had during that time was being a part of the ceremonies admitting Hawaii into the union in 1959.

Estil was an avid golfer and fisherman. He loved wildlife of all species. He raised and bred ostriches the late ‘80s. He retired from the Chrysler Foundry in 1996.

He loved and cherished his family. He and his zest for life will be dearly missed! No formal service. Baker Funeral Home, Danville, will handle cremation.
