Douglas J. Werbowski, 54 of Plainfield, passed away January 13, 2019 in Franciscan Health Indianapolis.  Born November 09, 1964 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Joseph James and Dorothy Alberta (Olmschied) Werbowski.  Services will be held at a later date in Minnesota.
